JC Zegarra, DC, CCSP focuses on the treatment, prevention and accelerated recovery of musculoskeletal conditions and their biomechanical integration with the nervous system.

Our personalized, movement-based, joint-by-joint approach combines hands-on myofascial therapy, joint mobilization and manipulation, corrective exercise, and individualized lifestyle strategies to restore function, improve movement, and optimize physical performance.

We work with professional, competitive and recreational athletes, youth athletes, and active adults.
